Jewelry Questions
  • Is there nickel in your jewelry?
    • We are happy to report our jewelry contains no nickel.
    • What is your jewelry made of? I have sensitive skin.
      • Our earrings, rings, studs, and charms are cast in sterling silver. Our gold is 18k gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may). Vermeil is a process of plating at least 2.5 microns of gold over solid sterling silver. Our chains are all sterling silver or gold filled and made in the USA.
    • Do you make customized jewelry?
      • We do offer custom designs for our wholesale partners. We will work with you on the design and provide artwork and physical samples. We charge an artwork fee and require a 100 piece minimum order.
    • How is your jewelry packaged?
      • All earrings, rings and most necklaces ship in our signature glass bottle - ready for gift giving and easy to display in-store. Specialty chains and bracelets ship with a branded muslin bag. 

     

    Order Processing and Fulfillment

    • How quickly can you fulfill my order?
      • We ship orders very quickly! 1-3 business days. Depending on the timing (early morning) we can ship same day!
      • Will I receive an order confirmation?
        • Yes. Order confirmations are sent immediately after your order is placed. Should only take a few minutes to hit your inbox.  
      • How can I change my order?
        • Due to our fast fulfillment, be sure to review our order confirmations as soon as possible and alert us of any issues / changes that you want to make. Email wholesale@krisnations.com.
      • How can I cancel my order?
        • Email wholesale@krisnations.com to cancel your order.

       

      Shipping

      • Where you are shipping from?
        • Your orders are shipped from Half Moon Bay, California.
      • What are your shipping costs?
        • Cost is determined based on carrier selected and your shipping address.
      • Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?
        • Yes. You will receive an email from our ordering system notifying you that your order has shipped - a tracking number is included.
      • Do you allow local pickup?
        • We do allow local pickup if you are a local retailer (coastside store).
